  Take some time to think about what it is you would like to get out of being on the tennis team this year.  We strongly believe in setting goals which cover fitness, strokes, strategies, psychology and performance.  Goals help YOU to focus on short term and long term tasks/accomplishments.  Don't list goals you think the coaches might want to hear. These goals are yours and should help you to gain something out of the tennis program.  Goal sheets are due by the end of the first week of practices or WE'LL RUN SOME EXTRA!
