IV - Officers:Section I:
The president (elected) shall call for and preside over all meetings.
Section II:
The secretary-treasurer (appointed) shall keep the minutes of all meetings, distribute such minutes to all member schools, and be in charge of divisional finances.
Section III:
Term of office for all offices shall extend through the first fall meeting. The annual election of officers shall be held at the last spring meeting.
