Members present: Courtney Bake, Loren Tacke-Fairfield, Jim Gregg-Cut Bank, John Shepherd-Choteau Tara Theilman-Conrad, Everett Armstrong-Browning, Michael Hairsine-DeLaSalle, Mike White-Shelby, Daryl Poor Boy Croff-Boarding Dorm, Tony Brown-East Glacier

 

Meeting called to order at 9:13am by President Jim Gregg.

  • Treasurer’s Report/Reading of the last minutes given by Courtney
    $155.38
  • Spring Minutes: Motion to accept by Tara, Second by Poor Boy Motion carries.
  • Constitutional Wording was rolled into the new year
  • Update to the trophies: replace the face plates on the trophies and gave them to the schools.
  • Wrestling: Discussion of the 2 pound allowance. Athletes were getting 3 pounds in a short season. Making it easy to bump around weight classes. Tara Wants to check with their coach. Internet vote by the 13th for 2 pound allowance instead of three.

  • Final Girls Basketball standings: 7th: Fairfield, Conrad, Boarding Dorm, Browning A, Cut Bank, Shelby, Choteau, Browning B, DLS
  • Final Girls Basketball standings: 8th: Fairfield, Choteau, Shelby, Boarding Dorm, Cut Bank, Browning B, DLS, Browning A, Conrad
  • Scheduling took place. Host for the final four tourney is Fairfield for both.
  • 6th-8th grade of East Glacier will not have basketball wants to schedule on individual basis.
  • Loren suggested next meeting ITV.
  • Loren Tacke made a motion to adjourn the meeting, Mike White second. Motion passed.
  • Meeting was adjourned
