Members present: Courtney Bake, Loren Tacke-Fairfield, Jim Gregg-Cut Bank, John Shepherd-Choteau, Jim Carroll-Conrad, Everett Armstrong-Browning, Michael Hairsine-DeLaSalle, Mike White-Shelby, Poor Boy Croft-Boarding Dorm, Tony Brown-East Glacier, Mark Irvin-Havre

Meeting called to order at 9:01 AM

Corrections/Additions to the agenda:
Information from Havre and Conrad
Volleyball proposal
Motion to pay officers

Motion to accept: Mike White, Poor Boy Motion accepted

Information from Havre
Not a ton of teams in their district and others are starting to follow their high school schedules.
Next year their schedules will stay the same. However, consider it for the future being part of the North Central.

Information from Conrad
7th-8th grade is moving to the high school. Conrad Junior High, no longer UMS.

Agenda Items:
Changes to the Girls Volleyball and Girls Basketball season
Cut Bank wants to keep it the same.
Conrad keep the same.
Choteau wants to keep the same.
Shelby is thinking in the future what the possibilities may need to be.
Fairfield wants to keep the same.

Tacke makes motion for Jim Gregg-president, Courtney Bake-sec/tres, Carroll second

Discussion of wrestling MOA’s at divisionals and tightness of rules needs to be followed all season with skin, nails, hair.
Jim appointed Loren Tacke to address wrestling schools at the beginning of the year.

Jim Carroll advised that all of our JH coaches are given the constitution and rules for their sport each season.

Next meeting October 10, 2016 at Cut Bank 9:00 AM

Poor Boy made a motion to adjourn the meeting, Everett second. Motion carried.
