Fall Minutes: Motion to accept by White, Second by Shepherd Motion carries
Bank Account Balance: $453.68

New Business and Agenda Items:
V. Membership Dues: Discussion: Expenses can be encumbered this year by what is in the account. Motion by White to not pay dues
for the 2013-2014 school year. Croff second. Motion carries.

VII. Reminder of Roster Rules. Players are only to play on ONE roster during the year not both. DeLaSalle petitioned to allow two 8th
graders to play on the 7th team with one 8th grader at a time on the floor via email. Allowed this since we had prior practice of this, no one
objected via email and this petition was made prior to the season starting.

VII a. Suspension of Coach: DeLaSalle coach was ejected from a game. It was discussed that our rules aren’t governed by MHSA, however,
it is felt that we need some type of language within our constitution to address this situation. Loudenslagel made a motion that we add language
to the constitution similar to that of MHSA in regards to ejecting a coach/player. Bucklin second. Discussion: If a coach/player is ejected during
the last game of the tourney, carryover is into the next year. Host school will report the ejection to the President. Motion carried.

VIII. Volleyball Schedule: Choteau can’t host due to wrestling tourney. Conference changes were made. Other discussion: Which team plays first?
Decided that it depends on who is hosting and the format. However, if the competition is head to head 7th grade will play first.

IX: Wrestling Schedule: Divisional host: Shelby declined due to prom date. Browning has accepted the Divisional Wrestling tourney. Seeding meeting
will be held in Conrad.

IXa. Nine Man Football: White discussed that depending on what happens at the MHSA conference, we should be prepared to maybe look at nine
man football. Schools are to take info back and discuss what we want to do. Bring information to the next meeting.

X. Proposal to rename the Divisional track meet: Gregg brought the item that the Divisional track meet be renamed to the Kent Schaffer Memorial
Track meet. Gregg made a motion to accept this. Tacke seconded. Motion passes.

Xa. Discussion for meetings in case of inclement weather and we can’t get to Cut Bank. Jim will research the possibilities and present at the next meeting.

XI. Final NMSAA Conference Standings: 7th grade league champion is DeLaSalle and will host at Browning Middle School . 8th Grade league champion
is Shelby and will host at both Shelby schools.
Both will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2013. Discussion of individual games and scheduling took place.

Everett made a motion to adjourn the meeting, Loudenslagel second. Motion carried.
