Members present: Courtney Bake, Loren Tacke-Fairfield via phone, Jim Gregg-Cut Bank, Tyler Bucklin-Conrad, Mike White-Shelby, Mark Loudenslagel-DeLaSalle, Everett Armstrong-Browning, Gail Hofstad-Cut Bank

Meeting called to order: 9:05 AM
Addition or corrections to the Agenda:

Treasurer’s Report/Reading of the last minutes given by Courtney
Bank Account Balance: $453.68
Non-profit discussion of filing a tax report. Permission given to file.
Motions: Accept minutes as read: Bucklin Second: White Motion carries.

New Business and Agenda Items:
Traveling trophies: Discussion about the condition of trophies. Discussion of plaques to replace. Final determination to replace the plates on the current trophies.
Motion to replace the current plates with new ones: Everett Second: Tacke Motion carries.

6th Grade participation: Mike White brought up the discussion of no 6th grade level tourneys and what we want to do with constitutional wording. Ultimately it was decided to bring several proposals to the next meeting and have discussion. Item was tabled.

Update to the track schedule: Fairfield moved their track meet from May 3rd to May 2nd.
Update to the wrestling schedule: Valier moved their meet.

Volleyball results and tournament planning took place. In the 7th grade Cut Bank took 1st, in the 8th grade Shelby took first.

Reminder that scheduling meeting will take place on April 7th. Motion to adjourn by Mike White. Mark Loudenslagel 2nd. Motion carries.
