Members present: John Shepherd-Choteau, Courtney Bake, Loren Tacke-Fairfield, Jim Gregg-Cut Bank, Tyler Bucklin-Conrad, Cory Collison-Valier, Mike White-Shelby, Joe Murrell-DeLaSalle

Meeting called to order at 9:05 AM:
Addition or corrections to the Agenda:
None

Treasurer’s Report/Reading of the last minutes given by Courtney
Bank Account Balance: $543.86
Loren Tacke made a motion to accept previous minutes and treasurers report, Collison Second, Motion passes

New Business and Agenda Items:
Discussion of track items:
1. Add 200 meter hurdles
2. Replace the current 800 meter relay with a 1600 meter relay
3. Add additional relay in the 6th/7th grade division for the District Track meet
Joe Murrell makes motion to add the above items and replacements, Tacke seconds, no discussion, motion passes.
Fairfield will be willing to host a track meet at Great Falls if schools are interested in coming.
Discussion took place about the expense of ribbons and trophies at track meets. Constitutional wording states that it is left up to the individual schools to make that decision.
Scheduling track:
4/13-Fairfield will host in Great Falls
4/19-Cut Bank will host in Cut Bank
4/27-Choteau/Shelby will host in Cut Bank
5/4-Valier, Chester and Sunburst will host in Cut Bank
5/11-Divisionals in Cut Bank (host)

Discussion of Girls Volleyball
Final Conference standings were given by Jim. 7th Grade tourney will be hosted by Conrad and the 8th Grade tourney will be hosted by Choteau.

Next Meeting: April 15, 2013 for scheduling 9:00 AM
John Shepherd motioned to adjourn the meeting, Mike White-second, no discussion, motion passed.
